Weekly LIVE and Prerecorded sessions offered are Yoga, Mindset, Nutrition, Stretching & Meditation practices, HIIT (low and high impact offered), and Physiotherapist-led Pilates.
All sessions range from 7-25 minutes in length, and can be done live as a group or in your own time on the replay!
Video library now boasts more than 100 videos in the above subjects, so you'll always have an option that suits your movement mood!

Payment for program is made monthly, on the same day/time that registration was completed and payment initiated. Cancellation of membership may occur at any time, however login restrictions will be effective immediately.
