Jenine Dilts-Bayman 

Jenine Dilts-Bayman is a pre & postnatal fitness specialist turned aligned business mentor, and creator of Mums With Bubs Fitness, the Mama Lifestyle Membership, and the ASPIRE Manifesting Methodology. Sue Lin Kalisch

SueLin has been a Physiotherapist for over 20 years, with a strong background in Sports, and Women's Health. She is also a fully certified Pilates Instructor of 20 years experience, who is passionate about using movement as a means to heal both the body, and the mind. Finding meaningful, and efficient ways to move, that fit in with YOUR lifestyle, is what she aims to deliver, as well as providing education about the process, to help you connect your mind and body.

Miranda Wiltshire

Miranda is a Professional Counsellor with a Social Work and Counselling background of over 20 years in Neurosciences. Her diverse experience includes working with neurological conditions, disability, carers support, mental health, family dynamics, relationships, reproductive options, genetics, drug misuse and domestic violence. She has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Counselling. Her passion to help people with compassionate values has led her to run her own Counselling business, ‘Miranda Wiltshire Counselling’, encouraging Empowerment through Authenticity, and a uniquely tailored approach of Therapy Your Way. Kristine Peter

Kristine Peter is a Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Nutrition Educator, who holds has a graduate university qualification in both nutrition and education. Before Mama Lifestyle I was craving something, I needed some guidance on what to do to make my heart beat faster and feel like i've completed a good out. I had started working full time and as a fifo wife, I thought I had no time to do anything and let that excuse rule for a good while.

After I had pulled myself together, I signed up for a mama Lifestyle and now I feel stronger, smarter and healthier. Sometimes all you need is that little push to get up that 40 minutes earlier. pop your sports bra on and execute your Hiit in your loungeroom with no judgement, no fancy machines and some good tunes cranking!! I continue to keep myself together mentally and physically, Thank you Jenine for your amazing out smarter and seeing results.

All you have to do is start! I would highly recommend this programme to anyone who needs to get back into their fitness. It's Convenient, easy but YOU have got to put in the hard work if you want to see results.

Before starting the Mama Lifestyle I was regular at Mums with bubs fitness classes and loved being able to take my son with me (so much nicer than using gyms and creches).

But after having my twins and moving house, getting 3 kids to classes was just too hard!! So I signed up to Mama Lifestyle as soon as it started and haven't looked back!

For me, I wanted to be able to do workouts that fitted into my schedule, because with three little kids no one day was ever the same! I also loved the variety I got with new workout each week to keep me motivated.

The Online Facebook Community is also super supportive and even though I have never met any of the girls, they still feel like my gym buddies :D And it's not just fitness! The narrative you provide around pre and postnatal health and nutrition is very helpful. Definitely great value for money, and the example we are setting for our kids in turn is priceless <3

I had been attending classes once a week with Dylan when his sleep schedule changed and meant we couldn't attend classes in person. I was desperate to return to my pre-pregnancy fitness and weight after becoming very inactive and gaining over 20kgs during pregnancy due to illness.

The Programme enabled me to continue classes at home, at times which suited me and Dylan and as many times a week as we wanted. When I started Dylan was waking regularly at 5am. It became a fantastic way for me to wake up and entertain Dylan for 30 minutes while I gathered my thoughts together for how to tackle the day. I also had the confidence that I was not doing exercises which would result in separation and would strengthen my whole body.

The challenges in the Program have helped motivate me and keep me on track and honest and have definitely helped me reach my goals while also opening my mind and experience to new ways of exercising and eating.

I joined the Mama Lifestyle program not long after having my second baby. With two children at home I was finding my options to get out and exercise very limited. What I love about this program is how it safety rehabilitates you post child birth. The online community is also a wonderful resource as it makes you accountable and feeling like part of a team even when you haven't left the house in weeks.

The ladies are lovely and are so helpful in offering suggestions and sharing the realities of trying to exercise with children. There are so many different ways to exercise so you can fit it into your day. 30 minutes sessions, 10minutes blasts and even one minute challenges.

It's a fantastically wholistic program that challenges you at every stage of your fitness journey, it's not something you can outgrow. If you are thinking of joining thenI highly recommend you do, it's an amazing experience.
